Training from independent clinicians
The Green Light@GP training package is independent of the pharmaceutical industry. A bespoke programme which is continually driven by commissioning clinical facilitators to meet the training needs of the participants. The multidisciplinary training team includes General Practitioner Trainers, Experienced GP Pharmacists, ANPs and hospital clinicians.
Networking & peer support
Responsive/prompt support and 1:1/group supervision and accelerates the clinical development of individuals.

The Leadership team works with individuals 1:1 and in groups to develop and improve performance.
